“Must you live on the island?” – Comedian Ushbebe caut!ons Lagosians living beyond their income (WATCH)

Nigerian Comedian Ushbebe has cautioned Lagos residents against relocating to the island, advising them to prioritize affordable residence.
Taking to Instagram, Ushbebe questioned why some Lagos residents chose to live on the island despite being aware of the expensive cost of living and probably unable to afford the annual rent afterward.
He exclaimed there are residential areas on the mainland with a serene environment and affordable service charges.
He wrote,
“Must u stay on the island ? Start from somewhere ,till you can afford the location you desire…”
The comedian opposes relocating to the island with the idea of paying rent through contributions among some people.
He emphasized the significance of living within one’s means because house rent and service fees are costly on the island, and a tenant might not receive the paid service.
When the economy eventually impacts their sources of income, how do the tenants plan to pay the rent after contributing to the house rent? He asked.
